Medium golden. Smelled bruised apple, lemon, toast, and brioche, with the taste leaning more to the fruit character. Good mouth-cleaning acidity and fine persistent mousse, good power with a medium fruity finish.

Clean fresh fruit. Still very pale. Just showing a hint of ripeness to the fruit. A bit lean through the palate bolstered by some sweetness. Very drinkable and good value.

Good color. The nose shows tight aromas of brioche, lemon curd, minerals, chalk and white flowers. This is medium bodied on the palate with very good concentration and real class. The fairly long finish features a strong mineral element.

This is a delight. A really fun lemon sherbet core with a little 'nilla wafer and limestone water edge. Very compact and linear. And I am not criticizing when I say a lack of depth here - it works well as a package here. Clearly Champagne and CdBs. Punches well above weight for enjoyment.

Medium-deep gold color. This is a little light on aroma at the moment, but loaded with sweet pit fruits on the fore and mid palate and an intense toastiness on the finish. Preserved lemon and saline minerality complete the picture. This is quite rich and full and an excellent Champagne for the money! It doesn't seem particularly structured so drink now. (But with plenty of time ahead) 93

Limited notes taken. Deep lemon to the eyes. Liner in style with lemon zest, yeast, white bread dough, blanched almonds, grapefruit, polished steel, and lemon sherbet.

Lemon shortcake, brioche, balanced almonds and brass on the nose. Pretty intense. Bracingly acidic citrus on the attack, bitter lemon and minerality, with the yeastiness and nuttiness joining on the mid palette. As the wine warms it becomes more ripe in the fruit profile. At the price point of £35 this is absolutely fantastic. Not cerebral but highly enjoyable. Recommended.

Already a medium yellow/gold color. Knock out nose of membrillo on fresh baked brioche. Absolutely delicious on the palate! This is loaded with fruit, apricot preserves, membrillo and cling peaches as well as buttered brioche. Doesn't seem particularly structured, but it's so delicious now, why wait! 93
P.S. This isn't "serious" Champagne for the sophisticated, but BOY HOWDY is it delicious!!!! HOOOOO-WEE!
Edit: several nights later, this is now showing a wonderful saline minerality!

Lovely rich champagne, served to celebrate Ellie's degree. It stood up well to Paella.
