Ripe strawberries, bramble berries, kirsch, chalky mineral notes, anise and hoisin sauce. Well-strewn tannins and a fleshy, concentrated middle. The finish is long, with cottony tannins and some sap. Excellent today and will age well. The body is medium and elegant. Drink 2025 - 2035.

Writing this note on day 2. More open for business today for sure and hard edges smoothed out. Aromas of raspberry Grenache, roasted herbs, iron and lavender. Flavors of raspberry, kirsch liquor, blackberry, iron and cherry. Ends with a 30+ second finish with raspberry and chocolate notes.

Medium ruby red in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, strawberries & raspberries with overtones of garrigue & earth/dusty notes, floral notes, pepper, olives, tobacco, minerals & a hint of cedar. Medium bodied with a good concentration of balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, strawberries & raspberries with herbs, spices, pepper, minerals & a hint of oak/vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing but has the structure to continue further development with additional aging.

Thank God for bottle variation... I drank this wine 6 months ago and provided a meager assessment, but now I have found an entirely new wine. This bottle (which was bought at the same time as the other) is loaded with black pepper, some very dark Mediterranean spices, black olives, cured beef, garigue and limestone. Still not a tremendously age-worthy wine but will definitely give near-term enjoyment; provided that you get a "good bottle".

Generally unimpressive and somewhat weak. Still very young but shows very little depth, terroir or fruit character. Day 1 was rather muted and one dimensional. Day 2 was slightly better with some dark fruit and solid tannin but not much improvement. I'd say this wine has very limited staying power and needs to be drunk in its youth; before 2026. Its a decent "bistro wine" but not worthy of serious consideration in any traditional CdP comparison.
I tried this out of curiosity ; I knew it wouldn't be ready but wanted to experiment.
Lots of fruit but quite subdued and angular ; no real sense of whole. I know it is unfair to assess a wine just open to the market when one knows it will only get better. It is little more than a mixture of fruit and tannin...unresolved, incomplete but with a real backbone. Maybe , maybe , maybe, but it will take someone better than me to say it will be good.........

The blend of spring flowers and garrigue on the nose is just perfect. The dark red berries come though from there on the nose and palate. Soft, fruity, fresh and juicy, the wine is already such a treat in your glass. The finish loads you with with its melange of red fruits and olives. Enjoy it on release, or give it a year or two in the cellar, either way you're in for a treat. Drink from 2023 - 2034

(Imported by Alain Junguenet). Production is ~3,400 cases per year.
Color: Dark ruby.
Nose: Black cherry, black raspberry, and garrigue spices. Deep, black fruit, pool of purity. The SY and MV components are definitely showing right now.
Palate: Full body, concentrated, saturated, pure flavors of black cherry, black raspberry, garrigue wild herbs, and classic finish of black pepper. Delicious juicy acidity. Firm, young tannins. No undo heat (surprisingly) given the claimed 15% alc (on label). The finish tastes like 14% Very intense flavors on the finish.
75% Grenache 10% Mourvèdre, 11% Syrah. From a great producer in a very, very good CDP vintage.
90-91: Now (a little closed and undeveloped right now).
92: In 3-4 years, this wine should begin to start hitting all cylinders. And will develop and evolve positively and hold until 2030 (in a cool, proper cellar).

Denne overrasket veldig positivt. Lettere og rundere enn årene skulle til si. Gleder meg til å smake denne igjen om 10-20 år, må bli magisk da

Good, but young. Violet nose, some garrigue. Prominent tannins but still balanced. Good mouthfeel. Fine to drink already now.
