Enjoyable immediately after opening, but even more so with 15 minutes in the glass. Flowers, lemons, grapefruit, minerals, quinine, pears, hints of hard-to-identify mixed herbs, very dry with vivid acidity, a touch of Granny Smith apples in the long aftertaste (which was much briefer immediately after opening). Really quite nice. This will only fade with age--I'd drink it over the next year or less. (Tasted over an hour from the Jancis Robinson glass.)

Grapefruit and mineral nose. Bubbles appeared very course, but mouthfeel is much softer than appearance would lead to believe. Ends with soft fruit and less acidity than anticipated but with a nice slight touch of bitter. Simple, easy to drink.

By the glass. Fruity and floral in equal parts. On the palate it is a wine, fresh and truly vibrant, with a slight carbon thrust. Acid and with a vegetable touch, astringent. Ideal to go out. Nothing more and nothing less.
Por copas. Frutal y floral a partes iguales. En boca se muestra como un vino, fresco y verdaderamente vibrante, con un ligero empuje carbónico. Ácido y con un toque vegetal, astringente. Ideal para salir de chateo. Nada más y nada menos.

Pale, almost translucent, hay colored. Steely, lemon aromas with a punch of grapefruit pith on the back end. A mouthful of mineral, lemon and nickels- in that order. Lean and acidic upfront, with just a small amount of roundness on the mid palate. Put a nickel inside your cheeks on each side of your jaw and 10 seconds later you’ll know exactly how this wine finishes… with a long drawn out metallic tang. Very nice, lightweight wine with more edge than body. Drink now and over 2-3 years.

Very light in color, almost clear. Nose of mango, lemon, grass and green apple. Tart lime, violets, with significant acidity on the palate. Light body and just a little effervescent. Quite enjoyable.
12 percent abv.

Fantastic value! Yellow with a greenish tinge. Aromas of green apple, grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit. Zingy palate with ample freshness and a tart, acidic finish. I had this with a warm lobster roll and this wine sang. So happy to have a few more bottles in my cellar.

Medium yellow with the occasional lazy bubble. Pear, citrus, honey, stone , and some salinity on the nose. Green apple, honey, and a hint of starfruit on the palate. Dry, zesty acidity, and ever so slightly effervescent makes for a lively mouthfeel. Vaguely tropical short finish.

Green apples on the nose. Light to medium bodied, dry and crispy, showing subtle green apples with some effervescence and refreshing lean acidity. Came to think of vinho verde. Easy and pleasant to drink. A great summer quaffer.

Was brought to a Spanish wine event and turned out to be a drop of water poured onto a hot August sidewalk. :) cheers!

Not the most complex but so unqiue and interesting and almost too easy to drink. One to drink now.

Medium lemon colour.
Medium intensity on the nose with lots of citrus notes - lime.
Dry on the palate with medium intensity, medium plus acidity, medium body, medium finish.
Enjoyable crisp wine to enjoy in the spring sun.

A little spritz in here, which doesn't bother me. Flavors were austere, this is more minerally than fruit forward. Cheers!

Gooseberry, pear, citrus, Marcona almond with refreshing acidity and moderate gas (near crémant). Really delightful. Good with food or on its own.
