Citrus (lemon and lime) with saline on the nose, same on the palate. Well balanced acidity and a good QPR at the $29 I got it at. I opened a bottle with friends a few days ago straight from the fridge where I had put it from the wine cooler and thought it was good but a bit muted. This time I drank it straight from the 55f cooler and it made a world of difference. Ready now but has a few years left on it.

Tasty Chablis, nice balance between fruit, acid, and environment Over delivers at this price point (< $25). Improved as it warmed up from around 50°. Drank by itself but would sing with lox, mussels, and other lighter seafood. Will definitely buy again

Nose of lemon, lime and seaspray. Palate was the same fruit and some salinity. Medium acidity. Chilled in the fridge for an hour then pop-and-pour. Started off good and got better as the bottle warmed up.

Textbook Chablis. Exactly what I wanted to pair with cod. Think this will get even better with some bottle age. Limoncello and mineral nose. Dry, with nice acid and medium body. Would be happy having this as my house chard.

Opened not decanted and served chilled. The cold suppresses the nose but still shows lemon; lean and rather austere lemon citrus fruit; medium weight in body; acidity seems a little low to me; ends with a clean lemon finish. Good. Would be better warmer than chilled.

PnP chilled. Light straw color. Muted nose. A very nice classic Chablis. Light/Med body, clean, some minerality, bright. Perfect with oysters. Mikes bottle. Nothing off.

Very nice Chablis. Fruit forward, medium plus acid, light mineral, light alcohol (13%). A great value.
