Pale viscus golden. Subtle springtime aromas with wildflowers and honey lemon. Full and rich palate. Tasty and long. Easy to drink and excellent density. Simple and good friendly.

PHMG WAG Paso Robles (Paso Lyon): A great option for the ABC club! Fairly rich and viscous with stone fruit, florals, lanolin/carnauba, and minerals/saline. Acidity way in the backseat. Now-2027.

Drunk over 2 nights, with half the bottle decanted night one. Benefits significantly from an hour or so of air at this young age which allows honeysuckle and floral notes to emerge more fully. A chalkiness in the background on the nose with minerality and light but ample floral scents as well. The palate matches the nose and this is well balanced. At 32 dollars it is on the edge of being a good QPR, though if you have the capital and space to age this for 8-10 years I bet it would evolve into a richer and more oxidized (in a good way) wine.

Medium bodied. Lovely nose. Smooth. Floral, mineral, brioche, pear. Went great with crab cakes. Wish I had more.

Subtle, elegant style of Roussanne with honeyed lemon drop notes and a pleasing steeliness. Great with fish with curry butter.
