  • Young and energetic, limited complexity yet.

  • After first sips followed Claymonster's lead and decanted to soften up the acidity and further open up this coiled Chablis. With air and time in the glass this showed a nice array of seashore aromas coupled with citrusy salinity, stone fruit & signature minerally flavors. Still youthfully reluctant points to drinking my second btl at least 3yrs down the road for the ultimate experience.

  • Thanksgiving Week 2023; 11/19/2023-11/24/2023: Our selection. Decanted one hour, served chilled before dinner. Pale straw color. Amazing nose that kept giving off different aromas with every sniff. Lemon curd, florals, baked pears, wet rocks, fresh cut grass, sea breeze. On the palate it has medium body and plenty of acidity. Saline and slightly bitter. A wonderfully complex, ageable, and delicious wine. Fantastic value at around $45. Would love to try this in 5-10 years.

  • Pale gold in color w/aromas of lemon, white pear, butter, acacia & wet stone. Softly textured and nimble on the palate, ripe flavors of citrus & orchard fruit are joined with saline touch and underlying minerality. Lively acidity provides necessary lift leading to pleasantly even finish.

  • French white wine from Chablis: Chardonnay. 13 % alcohol. Aged in foudre for 9 months.

    Decanted for one hour.

    Pale golden color.

Delicate and crisp aromas of lemon, brioche, white flowers, peach and minerals. Round flavors of peach, lemon, honey, white flowers, pears and minerals.

Dry. Medium body. Medium acidity. Okay balance. Okay structure. Low complexity. Powerful.

Long finish with lemon and minerals.

A not very typical Chablis with pronounced flavors of peach. On the upside this is a very drinkable and powerful white wine with a very strong minerality. On the negative side this is a rather simple white wine. Best served fridge cold and enjoyed on its own. Nothing I would keep for long term aging. 86/100
