Much better than the typical "Central Coast" Sauv Blanc and its a fantastic value at only $14. Grapefruit flavor is huge along with the Tangerine and Lemon zest. Plus, great acidic backbone is balanced with savory herbs and spice.

Light gold in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of lemons/limes & grapefruit with overtones of floral & mineral notes & a slight hint of honey & grassiness. Light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of apples, lemons/limes & grapefruit with minerals. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & develop with an additional year of aging. Very good QPR.

Pale yellow color w/excellent clarity. Citrusy aroma of grapefruit and pineapples. Pineapple, grapefruit & green apple flavors. Crisply acidic, but balanced for sipping or drinking with lighter fish or white meat dishes.

Justin's 2021 Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from multiple Central Coast vineyards, is a pale yellow wine that sports a pleasant package of lime, green apple and grapefruit, accented with notes of wet stones and chervil. Light-bodied, freshly acidic, unoaked and without noticeable alcohol (13.5%), it retains good mid-palate presence and concludes with a crisp, medium-length finish. Bottled under screwcap, this was opened and immediately accessible (without any reductive component). Drink now-2024.

I liked earlier vintages. Either my palate has changed (possible!) or 2021 isn't as good. Found it 1-dimensional, and it was a tart grapefruit/pineapple at that. Without some appropriate food to go with it, it is hard to drink.

Light straw and lychee on the nose. Very smooth drinking with refreshing acidity on a warm summer day!

White peach, unripe lime & limestone. Pleasant enough with crispy-skinned salmon and roasted root vegetables.

Extremely simple, but if you just need a quaffer to go with salmon, it works great.

Not a fan and will not purchase again. It lacks any distinctive flavor profile.
