Drank Aug'17, 6 years beyond recommended "drink by" date. Have always found the glass stoppers to hold up very well. Have never found a compromised bottle of Sineann. A very good wine!

Great everyday drinker - pairs well with almost everything and evolves nicely over the course of the bottle. Nice berries, caramel and oak... not super complex but that's the point with a bottle like this. Will happily pick up six bottles or a case and not think twice.

Decanted for 1/2 hour. Intricate multi-faceted aroma of fruit and flower. A little tight at first, but really opened up after the first hour. Great balance and mouthfeel. Fine tannins. Medium weight and medium finish. A really nice wine.

Plum, rhubarb, strawberry and cassis. Fruit all over the place because of the blend, but it does meld to offer a pleasant wine with a spicy finish. Nice.

Kitchen sink wine, and very low expectations because the last bottle I had went down the sink...since I have three more after this I was a bit scared. This bottle, however, was much better. Dark red fruit, good mouthfeel, solid wine. Nothing to write home about, but I'll have good feelings about opening the next one.

Always one of our favorites. This is a juicy wine that has complexity from the blend. This bottle was less robust than on release but the wine is maturing in a nice manner. The brash fruit is gone, but it still shows great purple and red fruits while also showing some layering and earthy elements. Glass closure. Went well with vegetarian curry.

Very smooth and easy to drink. Some earthiness on the nose, along with some plum maybe? Very old world style. Spice on the mid-palate, with ample fruit...plums and strawberry rhubarb pie. This is a very complex wine.

Shared a bottle with Trish at Vino Paradiso. Very tasty red blend. Reminds me of the 2006 Owen Roe Abbot's Table. Smooth, very food-friendly, with abundant fruit and a touch of spice. A blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot.

What an interesting red blend...it is more for those who prefer an "Old world" style with an enjoyable mouth feel. However, I can see a large group of people in the wine world not enjoying this wine. This is a wine to taste first before you buy...

Musty, wet mineral nose.
Deep dark color.
Odd mix of grapes. A lot of fruit with a heavily tannic finish and that's about it. Lacking complexity.

Nice dark fruit with a very pleasant nose. Could use a few more years of age.

Fruit forward with some brambly blackberry notes. Perhaps a better with food than on its own.

Big and dark, subtle fruit and tannins - great for the price.
