Great tasting immediately after opening, or in other words, doesn’t need a decant! Great compared to some of the Pinots I’ve tried recently that have weird flavour profiles and tend to be more science experiment than something to rely on year after year. I would buy this again.

Pinotpalooza (Carriageworks, Redfern): Pretty, blackberry and plum, sweet spice, slightly jubey. Juicy acidity tends to medium plus intensity, talc textured tannic burr, fruit slightly muted. It's little bit elbows on the palate but time should help.
