Full, fragrant & attractive nose of ripe fruits aromas of cherries, blackberries & plums with overtones of earthy/dusty, floral & herbal notes, spices, minerals & a slight hint of oak/vanilla in the background. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, blackberries & plums with spices, herbs, minerals & a touch of oak/vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks well at present with decanting & extended airing but should develop further with additional aging. A solid Napa Cabernet with an excellent QPR at this price point.
