I love pulling a bottle from the cellar bought some time ago with a memory attached to it. This one was bought on our first visit to their Clare Valley cellar door. A great trip to the Clare, Eden and Barossa Valleys.
Deep golden, bright. Nose shows citrus, some honey and a hint of butter. Medium bodied, light acidity but to be expected for this variety, decent balance and a clean finish. A good wine and good value for money. Drink up in the next year or two.

Distinctive honey/almond nose, soft apricot flavors with an unctuous mouth feel reminiscent of sauternes without the sweetness. Similar in style to some Washington semillon

Not a bad expression of semillon. Lacks the acidity of some of the better Hunter examples.
