As with previous vintages, a playful, subtle wine--floral notes, but also wild strawberry and a vivid raciness and some salinity. At first it seemed perhaps a bit more reserved than the 2021, but with some age it's singing.

Light ruby red. Nose is immediately fruit-driven, in your face, brown sugar and blueberries jam. Over time the aroma mellows and becomes more floral. Palate is more balanced, fruit but some structure and acid. There's a real purity to the fruit, more red fruited and strawberries but with some interesting minerality and a hint of bitterness, along with an acidic core.
Immensely likeable and well balanced -- crazy for the price. Just delish.

The best Cinsault outside of France. Complex and satisfying. Opens with light floral, sour cherry and redcurrant, notes of graphite, and an earthiness accompanied by a lightly spiced nutmeg and cranberry finish.

Bright and light in color and flavor. Nice fruit and just enough acid to be well balanced. Not at all what I think of as a Turley wine but very enjoyable. Will buy again although it would be even more attractive if it were a few dollars less.

Tasted blind. Guessed schiava, grignolino, pais, or cinsault. Not saying those wines all taste alike (I have no idea); just process of elimination from wines that (I think) look like pinot but don’t taste like pinot. This wine offers lighthearted cherry and bubble gum flavors. It is ruby red with a slight purple hue — perhaps a clue for the next cinsault blind tasting. It’s very likable. I’ve liked every cinsault I’ve tried.

Very light in flavor and body, but there is an acidic streak that hits from the attack through the finish. Subtle strawberry notes, and some bitter wood in the finish that is less pleasant.
Edit: Raising the score by 1 point to 89; the next day the bitterness in the finish had largely subsided.

Medium garnet in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe red fruit aromas of cherries, strawberries & raspberries with overtones of spice & floral notes, with herbs, dusty & a hint of minerals in the background. Medium bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe red fruit flavors of sweet cherries, strawberries & pomegranate, spices, herbs & minerals. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present although it should develop further with additional aging.

Minerals, jolly rancher and tea. Fun and easy. I’d hold off drinking until you want a summer red and drink it with a slight chill.

So lovely. Not an intense wine. Just plays on the palate with lightness and confidence. Pom juiciness and a savory core.

Bright and dry, with lingering tannins at the back palate and noticeable tannins. More fruity with time. Could hold for a bit longer

Solid. Intriguing. Balanced. And so, one more point. I could drink these light, bright styled wines always, often and only!

Non-critical drinking but appears to be a less serious version of the Sandlands. Similarly unique & enjoyable but with less complexity.

Light bodied, red fruits, herbs, a bit of pepper. A summer red.
Needs about an hour of air to really open up.
