Lemons, flowers and a touch of oak on the nose; a bit crisp, some minerals, lemon zest flavors with a hint of spice, tailing off into the weak midpalate, but picking up with a zesty finish. It gets a bit thin as it warms up, so best drunk well chilled right out of the bottle.

Nice, refreshing, a bit oaky. Not a classical sardinian vermentino, but surely worth its money

Marigolds and nutmeg. Not much fruit aroma or palatte. Pleasant but simple.

04 Fichet "Les Chevalieres", 05 Produttori Barbaresco w/ Lori McLaughlin (Zinnia Restaurant SF): Ordered off the list to start. Very pleasant Vermentino. Lots of beeswax, spice, nutty fruit with some honey and citrus fruit. Decent finish and acidity. Enjoyable way to greet the evening.
