Wow - a great find for less than $20. Nice depth of flavors, complexity, and finish. Drank with cheddar cheeseburgers with A-1 sauce. Bright and fruity. Great QPR.

Nice juicy cherry fruit. Just a touch of harder tannins across the palate, which I like. Taste heads towards cranberry. All in all I really like it. Defined. Really works at $19 -- which is apperently a super big deal price.

Long finish. Not too bad with the tannins so I like it, but best with food. A nice blend that has become my everyday go-to red wine. Certainly there are better wines out there, but this is a good value. 83 pts by my standards, but what do I know.....only what I like.

Bought this on a whim last night after the Duckhorn tasting event. A blend of Merlot (44%), Tempranillo (18%) and Sangio (16%) with 5 other red wines. The Tempranillo and Sangio where very present in this wine- lots of cherry. There was also a taste of almond extract... cookie like. Couldn't recommend- not a bad wine though. Drank well with food, but tasted a little off without food. Girlfriend didn't like, to me it was drinkable.

Kind of flat but opened up nicely over an hour. It's a goner but it was still enjoyable.

Perfectly acceptable for what it is. Nothing special, a little thin, but fine for drinking without paying attention to it.

Fedway Tasting (The Palace, Somerset, NJ): Heavy hand with the oak, but there's a little integration. Full, rich, and a bit hot/sweet.

Firm tannins, blackberry, nice nose but a soft short finish, maybe needs another few years.

Lots of up front fruit and very food friendly. A little short on the finish.

Described to me as Turnbull's table wine, a blend of 7 varietals, made after the 'serious' wine has been made.
nose - cigar. Mouth - mid bodied, light red fruit, easy drinking and still with considerable tannins. Nothing wrong here.

Mild tannins with nice black and red fruit that has a surprisingly nice finsh. This is a great value for an everyday red wine.
