Has an ‘old school’ Meursault feel to it. Rich and heady, plenty of almond butter and ripe peach and a touch of white mushroom development. There is a touch of volatility, that didn’t bother me. The palate is layered and it has underlying coolness. There’s some custard apple and it is persistent.

Color light golden on the rim and straw in the middle. Nose of apricots and peaches. Explodes onto the palate. Lots of stonefruit and some minerality with finish lasting about 20 secs. Tangy (citrus) and a little dry but very refined. Has a certain preciseness about it. One of the best whites I have yet to try.

No sign of premox here -- still very young and tight. Ripe, rich, tropical fruits on the nose with a touch of minerals, acidity, and citrus. A little bite on the finish that dissolved over a couple hours. Delicious but needs decanting.

Drinking a little more forward than expected but certainly no hint of oxidation. It bursts with restrained exoticism (if this makes sense). There are notes of freshly cut pineapple, pure white peach and mango. It is rich and textured in the mouth with a fruit sweet heart and mineral Perrieres line. It gains great complexity with air and has wonderful detail and superb length.

Ye Paulee (Hao Noodle): Stunning richness, vintage sweet, layers of beautiful minerality and white fruit. Built for the long haul. 94+

Beautiful wine until it wasn't. This started of clean, elegant and balanced, then turned into a hot oxidized mess, all in the course of 15-20 minutes.

This really took on a waxy apricot note on day 3. Still very fresh.

Very similar to the last bottle. Impressive at the village level.

Enjoyed at my birthday party in Burgundy. Citrus, minerals, some spice. Good lift. Well balanced, Big mid-palate. Gets better with some air.

Fat and deep structure. Typical Meursault. Citrus and minerals with depth and good length. A great wine.
