  • Decanted for an hour. This is a blend of 73% Syrah, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon. Color was super dark, almost like ink. The nose was BIG. It was literally intoxicatingly that good. Dark berries, and oak. The palate was rich, full, balanced with a solid finish. Some really great flavors going on here.
This is my last bottle and I believe the winery has gone out of business :-(

  • Decanted this one fro over an hour. Color was deep, rich. Nose was intense dark-fruit. Literally jumping out of the glass. Great taste, balanced, slight spicy (black pepper overtone), finish lingered just enough. I am sorry I waited so long before opening this bottle. It was outstanding.
