Agree with previous notes, nicely balanced with fresh clean nose, subtle peach fruitiness and nice acid profile from middle through to a long finish. Beautiful roundness and lovely underlying minerality.

A bunch of Sineann: Still doing quite well. The nose is pretty developed with floral notes and a nice mineral baseline. Medium bodied. On the palate, this is delicious and easy to drink. Plenty or fruit, mostly peaches, and minerals. Nice balance. Great with food.

A nice Pinot Gris, straightforwardly appealing as previous reviewers have said, with hay, lemon, and honey aromas and flavors, all deepening towards the finish. Glass closure.

Seemed too acidic when drunk alone before dinner. With food, the fruit really came out. This wine is halfway between an Italian grigio with its crisp acidity and an Alsace pinot gris with its richness. Peach and citrus and some minerality. Nice, but I'd raher have a good Alsace pinot gris.

From day 2. Pale gold color. Nose of Not as impressive as the 07. Nose of sugared lemon, honeysuckle, white flowers. On the palate there was citrus, lemon, a little minerality in the middle, and some acidity on the tail. Average finish. Very easy drinking, but left me wanting a little more than it gave. 50+5+11+15+6

Good citrus and mineral notes but I found the finish to be hot and awkward.

Citrus with subtle sweetness, bordered by a clean acidity. Very nice! Good clean finish. Great with hot and spicey food.
