nice primary flavors of lime and grapefruit, good balanced finish. still seems like it's lacking a little something more that i find in kim crawford's better vintages or similar, so dont see the 90+ ratings. but still screaming value for $2 a half bottle at grocery outlet! http://www.wineweirdos.com

Opened not decanted and served chilled. Gooseberries on the nose. On the palate: crisp clean entry with slightly over ripe or fruit that has gone off; gooseberry lime and ends with a sour citrus finish. Fair to Good.

A crisp nose of citrus and spice, straw in color. A clean refreshing light bodied wine, lemon citrus, pear, vanilla notes, good value, also had last year with same results.

Delicious - I don't understand what else anybody could ask for in a Sauvignon Blanc - perfect combination of floral notes and ripe grapefruit, without being overly acidic. I think these even may be better a year after release when they've calmed down just a touch. White Bdx eat your heart out.

Amazing QPR, and love the idea of a go to New Zealand SB for everyday drinking. This has grapefruit for days, weeks, and months. I'm hoping these hold up into the Spring with frost on the ground this morning.

Pale yellow lime colour. Good medium body, a little hollow and lacking in flavours in the middle, but finishes well with nice lemon citricity. Perhaps a tad flabby (lingering starchy texture in my mouth) and not as zesty as other NZ SB that I like.

Light cat pee on the nose, Lemon and grapefruit here. Nice acidity with a medium body that lends well to easy drinking. Im one who prefers CA SB to NZ but this was quite bearable for me. Finishes slightly tart with more grapefruit. Lemon on the front, grapefruit on the rear. Good value.

Straw yellow color. Tropical fruit nose. Tastes of grapefruit, melon and pear. Crisp and clean. Good freshness and acidity. Lime and orange citrus finish with nice length. Excellent QPR. 13% alcohol.

Light straw color. Loads of citrus on the nose with lemon, lime and grapefruit all coming through loud and clear. More of the same on the palate. Not much green grass or veggies in this wine which is common in many NZ sauvignon blancs. The acid was a bit high and unbalanced and there wasn't much of a finish but for the money, this is a solid summer bbq wine.

Pale yellow, tropical fruits dominiate the nose followed by grapefruit, lime and hints of wet stone, attack is crisp and tart with green grass flavors, mid-palate softens giving way to lively citrus notes, finish is lean with tart lime and mineral
Note: the colder you can serve it, the better

Tasted 8-9-09. Pale straw color. Aromatic nose of honeydew, tropical fruits, apricot, lime, & minerals. Palate impression is very nice, with tangerine-dominated citrus plus lime, tropical notes, SB grassiness that is well in balance, & a splash of vanilla. Great value at <$9.

Light golden color. Intense grapefruit aroma. Acidity is a bit overwhelming. Grapefruit and lemon-lime flavors. Finish is linear, but the fruit fades quickly, leaving a slight residual bitterness.

A nice easy drinking [and even more affordable] alternative to Kim Crawford Sauv Blanc. Similar stylistically, but perhaps more easy drinking. Quite enjoyable and a good value at $7.99.
