Northern Italian Dinner and Wine (Shannon's): Aromas of pear, apple and citrus with just a touch of herbs and minerality. Medium-bodied with good concentration on the palate, but there is a wonderful sense of balance between the fresh ripe fruit and the acidity. Good length with a minerally finish.

This wine was opened and poured. It showed well from beginning to end. The wine shows a balanced combination of richness and crispness on the palate. The aromatics show floral, mineral, citrus and apple notes. The color is a light yellow and appropriate for the wines age. This drinks well now and may benefit from year or so of additional bottle age.

Taste at Elysian. Color is a lovely day bright light gold sporting a unique silver hue at the center. Nose shows striking minerality with nice citrus notes of green and yellow apples, pears coupled with wet slate and a little bit of honey and vanilla. Palate shows some unique buttery qualities. Fresh guava and quince fruit along with kiwi lend a balanced medium bodied finish. Very nice and uniquely mineral driven white.

Quintarelli shows he is no slouch when it comes to making white wines. This blend is nicely balanced and pure on the palate.

mouthwatering indeed with green plum and good body. no significant sparkling mineral notes paired poorly with winter broccoli di rape and garlic
