The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. The body is light/medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
Still delicious and a few years to go.

This was Puligny in style, I guess the house style is Puligny. Doesn't have as much of the oiliness and mouth density I expect from a Meursault. Aso lacks complexity. In this flight I liked the Puligny 07 over this and the Chassagne

Soft and elegant with sweet fruits somewhat hidden. Not as complex as the Puligny-Montrachet. In many ways more Puligny however than Meursault in its styling.

Happy to see some gunflint sulphur at the door warding off Mr Oxygen should he try to enter down the track without the appropriate attire. There are notes of lemon, a suggestion of almond and a hint of butter. The citrus fruits are pulpy and it is relatively strict and linear with a real chalky, tightly bound feel and a spine of grapefruit.

A little more developed than one might like. Quite golden.

Drinking beautifully. Spice, length, some secondary characteristics, not complex but still wonderful.
