Smells of dough, stonefruit and an element of spice yet faint. Good mousse and pin tip sized bubbles. Good age on this one exhibiting toast, layers of lemon and tangerine with stonefruit. The finish lingers. Excellent, classic.

One of the ten or fifteen best sparkling wines I've tried. Gently bready, with strong flavor of cinnamon toast and hints of granny smith apple. There is probably some bottle variation, given others' reviews and my previous experience with this - the previous bottle I had a couple months ago was also good but I'd rate it slightly lower.

This bottle is missing something. It's rich and creamy in the mouth, but the fruit flavors are a bit too baked and the liveliness is missing. I expect the Reserve to be better than this. Perhaps my bottle has suffered, but others' scores are similar. Not a good value at about US$50.

Rich, but light color and a firm but pleasing nose of yeast and rounded fruit nuances that was very steady. Just as pleasing to drink, and went well with my seared foie gras dish at Brennan's...this would pair well with just about anything.

Very nice. Worried it might be past prime but actually near perfect.

Delicious. Lots of lemon curd, warm spices, and toast. Great mousse and lovely mouthfeel. Moderately-long finish is refreshing.
