Light golden color. Fascinating nose of silver polish, melon, and stones. Melon and minerals on the palate, and moderate acidity. This wine performed beautifully against a variety of shellfish and seafood at Feitoria Restaurant in Hotel Altis Belem, Lisbon: scallops, langoustine, cod, even sardines. Best white we had in a week of Portuguese sampling.
