Medium colour. Apple, apple juice, fennel and lemon peel nose. A little more advanced on the palate...buttered toast and caramel candy along with the apple. Medium bodies and acid is in balance.

Light to medium yellow. Anise and brown butter, then lanolin. Palate has nuts, butter and hints of apple and lemon acid. Slightly oxidized. As rich but not as complex or as satisfying as the 08.

Guy Amiot Chassagne Montrachet les vergers (Kitchen table tasting): Med yellow/straw. Hazelnut, butter, wet stone, pear confit, flowers and a little lactic sourness. On the palate it is full bodied, concentrated, nutty, baked pear, sesame oil. Very generous and delicious. Lemony acid is good.

Very fragrant nose of citrus, peach, and wet stone. The palate has a texture and while it has rich fruit, there is stil a very visable mineral backbone and vibrant acidity. A long finish with a touch of wood spice. Really great.

Light yellow. !!!. Fresh nose mainly about anise. Light body and mouth watering acidity. This bottle has been suspended in time, somehow.

Very nice. Doesn't have the piercing acidity of a lot of he 07s. In fact, it's rather smooth and mellow. Definitely ready to drink.

Really showed 1er cru depth and complexity. A Real treat but missionærer a bit of excitement.
