Had a good Champers bite and lovely core of acid and chalky fruit but also a poster child for dosage that would round this out and make the aromatics and texture pop. Champagne is a technical wine and this falls short.

This wine is bursting with acidity with notes of apples, lime zest and citrus. Very refreshing and delicious with seafood and fried chicken. Long mineral finish.

Light color, fine bead. Dry citrus pith, intriguing herbal nuance and faint yeastiness. Utterly dry, crisp and mineral. Its focus and drive really get your attention and get your saliva going.

Rarely do I "get" specific flavor elements, but this bottle on this day delivered very noticeable pineapple flavors with persisted for a while. This seemed to be a nicely crafted wine, certainly enjoyable without a bunch of drama. This bottle seems a good example of why champagne (as well as metodo classico wines) should be an everyday drink!

Over three years of aging for this NV have dramatically improved overall aromas and texture making this a truly special Champagne. Lots of brioche, mushrooms and delicate bead. Plenty of acidity to balance richness.

Pre-Christmas Dinner: Light, ultra dry and mineral, a dusting of herbs. This is all about focus and cut. Take no prisoners style that borders on austere. Think of it as a substitute for Muscadet or young Chablis.

Same notes as last time - the refreshing citrus, pear, green apple on a real focused beam throughout the whole tasting (nose through finish). Really becoming my go to champagne. The dryness and notice me crisp acidity makes it so food friendly but not so extreme that you can't enjoy it on its own (almost too easy to consume it all before dinner!)

Have let this NV bottle sit in the cellar a year and it has become much richer and aromatic in that time. Srtong brioche and yeast aromas, some sherry oxidation, but well incorporated with acidity and concentrated flavors.

Zero dosage, super dry though actually feels quite rounded. Seems high acidity, crisp and bright, but with a palate of rounder fruit. Little short on the finish. Nice but I feel overpriced.

I my opinion, a sensational Champagne. Non-dosage, this is as dry as a bone yet has amazingly vibrant and tasty citrus fruit laced with minerality and enormous flavor. Long finish. There's nothing not to love about this one.

Good stuff. Very clean, lean, and mineral-driven. Lemon fruit and limestone chalkiness. Good bead and mousse. Very enjoyable, but needs food. On the stern side when consumed on its own.

This wine was a surprise and an excellent QPR. Begins with a noble Champagne nose of bread/brioche even pie dough, and moves into bright and soft flavors. Bubbles are moderate sized and plentiful. I will get more.

Amazing if you like the very dry style. Fresh brioche, lemon rind, peach and pineapple. And touch of farm dust. Really enjoyed this wine

Random Notes from Travels in France; 4/6/2012-4/14/2012 (Paris, Loire, Alsace): Amazing consistency of this cuvée over the years. Exuberantly frothy. Light, completely dry, lemon zest and driving minerality. Walks a fine line and would be too spartan for some palates.

No to High Dosage Champagnes (K&L Wines, San Francisco): The only no dosage wine in the line up. Pale, dry, lemony, lots of minerality. Flinty but not at all austere.
