Perfumed, mineral and a kiss of oak, now seeming fully mature and singing loudly. Softening tannins and vivid acidity, nicely integrated toast, and a wonderful dusty element. Quite ripe, but the balance is outstanding now. Drink up, as this seems to be as good as it's going to get.

At 10 years old, this wine is ready to roll...still has plenty of fruit on the nose and palate, but the alcohol is peeking through more predominately than any other tasting in the last few years - I consumed out of my 52 degree cellar and it was very apparent. Stated 15%. Delicious but I'd hate the wine to lose any more fruit. Drink up!

Wish I could find more of this wine. 3rd bottle I have had, and this continues to get better with age, though likely peaking in the next year, still has very bright fruits and moderate tannins. Earthy nose and long finish. Excellent representation of Priorat.

Not a wine for the faint of heart. Very big, fairly modern in style with lots of up front fruit. Still very young...the tannins need some time to melt away. Is better with food than without. Wish I had more.

I most say that I was not impressed about this wine. I have had it before , but yesterday it just felt wrong. Tired with heavy sweet fruit , almost Amarone-like style. The Ganache ? Maybe a bad bottle.......Did not finished it.

It's an excellent modern cross between Australian Shiraz and a Jumilla Monastrell. Full body color with big tears. Intense nose of brambly wild berries, incense, new oak and some heat (15% alc). Entry is balanced with acidity and tannins at very reasonable levels. Palate is rich with red macerated fruits, black tea, and licorice. Finishes medium in length with excellent notes of fruit and oak. Plenty of fruit, high alcohol and good level of tannins suggests this can age for a good 5-7 years. I wouldn't wait much longer than that.

Hint of earth on thE nose with bright strawberries, caramel, subtle leather notes. Taste iS amazing, subtle chocolate, with a huge smack of strawberries, candied cherries, almost like skittles. Firm tannins make this a wine that will age amazingly.

Deep purple color. Aromas of black fruits, licorice, oak and spices. Ripe, thick fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and length. The oak and tannins , however, are still a bit rough and the wine could be better integrated. Try again in two years.

A touch more tired than the 10/1/18 bottle but still enjoyable with Iberico bellota.

Interestingly, more fully integrated and thicker on the palate than the 1/4/13 bottle but a little tired in the mid-palate. Drink up!

This bottle seems less overtly oaky vs the last bottle.

Eric Solomon selection. Parkerized Priorat. Big, ripe, juicy, rich, creamy, with noticeable oak and alcohol. Still it is pretty decent.
