14%. Slight bricking at the edges, but still nice limpid red core. Fragrant red cherry fruit with a hint of toast. Nicely tart, tannins silky and fully integrated. Long finish. Peak drinking.

A bit of brick on the rim but still a vibrant color although pale. Fantastic nose. Very ripe black fruit, verging on overripe but not quite there yet. On the palate, sweet, ripe plums, black cherry, and blueberry, truffle, rich mouthfeel. Grainy tannins at first but faded quickly in the glass. Just the slightest hint of oxidation. Perhaps just a bit past peak and should be drunk now but certainly very enjoyable at this stage.

Decanted for 1 hour, but drank over 3. Color is showing signs of proper aging. Dried fruit and leather on nose. Med-full bodied, smooth and silky, tannins mellow. Cherry fruit followed by dry earthy tannings. Really long enjoyable finish. We had the last glass after a walk and by then it was really hitting its stride. Beautiful brunello and drinking really well. Wish I had more of these.

Very aromatic when first opened. Lovely smell of sangio cherry. Medium ruby in color. Medium weight. Very balanced, but not particularly complex. Decent finish. However, after slow O'ing the second half of the bottle this wine really began to strut its stuff. Velvety mouthfeel, rich and elegant at the same time. Finish is long and tasty. Therefore, I am upping my rating from 91 on day one to 94 on day two! Awesome!

Color: Garnet with some bricking Nose: Plum, Oak, raisens Taste: Plum, raisen, Chocolate and some very refined tannins I decanted this with a vinturi 2 hours before servning into a large flat bottomed decanter. This evolved into something delicious, yet not very lingering. tHE tAnnins are very soft and round - tastes and looks like a 10 year old bottle of wine. This was completely enjoyable but I don't see this evoloving past now a/c tannins. Drink Up. (50+4+13+17+7)

Outstanding. Chocolate, ripe berry, well balanced and complex. Lots of sweet fruit. Medium-bodied. Modern in style. Needs serious decanting for drnking now but should be even better in a few more years.

[Don Elmo] Drank over 2 hours, not decanted. Lighter style, black cherry, some oak, fine tannins. Clean finish. Nice bottle more traditional but generally pleasing style. Should have decanted. Nice wine, but with the glut of brunellos on the market not sure this is worth its price. Will hold the next bottle for a few years

could not pick a better wine for a full Italian dinner. Should have waited a little longer before opening the bottle, but I could not resist. will be buying a few more for safe keeping.

Some sulfur/rubber on the nose. Good fruit, young and well-balanced. Aside from the nose, very good.
