2 bottles of this were consumed during the 2010 AFL Grand Final, a drawn game to be replayed next week. Quite a rich golden color. a nose of green apples & pear, quite a mineral tang. On the palate, again green apples, some lemon with slight honey flavours, quite mineral but not unpleasant, nicely balanced with a medium finish. For the price very good value and would buy again.

Excellent value! It is different than others Bur white I had. I don't think it taste like Chablis, nor Mersault, nor others. This wine has this honey taste, yet some mininerals, green apple too. I has this perception of some Cali chardonnay in the beginning but soon rule that out due to the minerality.Good wine. However, due to its honey taste it does not match too well the sushi I am having.

Light golden color. Very clean, pretty nose: green apple, asian pear, a little honeysuckle, and substantial chalky/oceanic minerality (oyster shell). Palate: green apple, lemon, straw, and a tiny hint of honey. Again, quite a bit of chalky/oceanic minerality. A little walnut appears on the finish. Moderate length. Bright, focused acidity. Honest and well made. Very similar to a quality Chablis. Good value.

Fresh citrus and good acidity. Still surprisingly ok.

As others have noted, fairly hum-drum. A decent wine, but nothing memorable.

Prince Wine Store - the staff's favourite wines from 2009 tasting (Prince Wine Store - Bank Street): A flinty and funky rich nose with a dry and full bodied palette of boiled lollies and straw.
