Still quite fresh and drinkable, though I have a cool cellar. My Father-In-Law claims this reminds him of an herbal candy his grandmother used to give hime called horehound. I am happy calling it minty, but there was also a nice dark chocolate finish on it. Showed a lot over the course of an hour with some beautiful classic varietal Cabernet notes.

Dark purple/black. Nose is a nostalgic throwback to our college trips through the Napa Valley in the 1970's; Rich oak and fruit. Initially tastes are oak and leather. Mid palate a bit thin and finish definitely thin and a bit disappointing. So Act 1 is a 91 and Act 2 is a 84, which gives a final rating of 87 for me. Good QPR at under $17.

Really nice Cab. Eminently drinkable. Rich fruits on the nose, a little bit of blueberry to go with darker red fruits. Lush flavors of dark fruits, and nice round mouthfeel. Really nice job of oaking, lots of soft toffee and vanilla. Absolutely delicious. More of a sipping Cab than a fruit Cab. One of the more enjoyable Cabs I've ever had.

Decant for a long time (2 hrs or more) otherwise you'll find it a bit thin and overly tart. Overnight in the bottle helped give it a little more body and brought out some deeper fruit flavors.
Nose is a bit weak and the wine, though fruity, lacks significant tannins or any other distinguishing characteristics.
While I think it's good and reasonable for the price (~$20), this wine came across a little on the plain side. Maybe just needs more time in the bottle.

Drank over two nights. Thick legs. Dark, brooding color. The nose is a little one-dimensional. The initial palate is big, lush fruit. Not much backbone or accompanying structure, just fruit and vanilla. While there's nothing wrong or offputting about this bottle, but my overall impression of it is... meh. It doesn't elicite any heart-pounding, pulse-racing emotions. Probably a great match for grilled burgers and potato salad on the back patio.

Really nice bottle of wine. I'd like to try this again in a couple years. Dark berries and fruit, and I didn't find it overly oaky, especially by the second night. Held up really well over two nights. Impressive for $22 or so.

Good cab, not by any means a blockbuster. Well integrated fruit and oak, finish is smooth, but no real special flavor lingering. I am not sure this will age much more.

Rich dark fruit on the nose and the palette, opening through the mid palette and sustained in a long finish. Fair bit of oak but in line with what I enjoy. Acidity is adequate but not overdone, and the tannins well integrated. A very pretty wine.

Nice cab but on the fragile side. Drink up? Last of my bottles of the 07.

Grapefruit and prune followed by a brown sugar, and finishing with a wonderful toffee/butter.

Fruit and dark tobacco notes on the wines. Sweet and oak and rather well done.

Decent nose, mossy red fruits and some oak; pleasing nose overall. Dark cherry syrup flavors, rounded, decent. Oaky but quite good. 87-88+
