Beautiful wine that is drinking strong right now. Nice depth and complexity. Great finish. Not going to get any better but could hold here for another year or two. Enjoy!!

Opened two hours prior to dinner and then slowly consumed over the next three hours. The wine was hitting on all cylinders. Dark fruit on the nose. The palate was dark berries, plums, a hint of cherry, currant, tree bark and wood. The finish was long. A really good bottle of wine.

Held on to this bottle a little too long. This was a super Cab, but now sliding downhill. Still very drinkable. A lot of what made this a super Cab is now disappearing.

Opened three hours before dinner. Fruit on the nose. The palate is dark berries, black cherry, red meat and cocoa. The finish is long and full. A really nice bottle of Cabernet that I believe has room to develop further. I have one bottle left and I will put it in the back of the cellar for a few years to see how it develops.

15.1% alcohol. Opaque garnet-black color. Bouquet of blackberry liqueur, creme de cassis, spicy oak, bourbon, mocha, unsweetened cocoa, with volatile notes of Band-Aid and shoe polish. Full body, rich, tannic, may improve in a few years. 98% cabernet sauvignon, 2% petit verdot.

This is a solid smooth cab at this point of time, but not sure it is a $100 per bottle cab that I would keep buying. Opened two hours early, then drank over next three hours, pretty consistent the whole time.

Decanted 3 hours nice pour , so so nose , black cherries , dark berries , not much depth on the palate , just a so so wine , compared to the rest of the comments on the board maybe I just caught this wine at a bad time.

Absolutely incredible wine! It is always a gamble to spend $135 on a bottle of wine that you have never tasted but this wine more than lived up to its reputation. I would not hesitate to buy it again or recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the best of Napa Cabs.

WS Grand Tour Boston (Copley Marriott): Nose: white flowers, wild berry, black cherry, milk chocolate shavings and pepper. Palate: super silky, but definitely new world. Stacked palate is layered with fruit and herb/floral notes. Long finish. Peppery at times.

Napa Valley Vintners Association (Fleming's Steak House): nose: dark, exotic, and somewhat brooding nose of black cherries, black currants, dark spices, and dark berries. Great depth with a lot of richness on the tones, but still very balanced
taste: very young and rich on the palate with full bodied tones of dark spices, dark berries, black cherries, cranberries, and some bits of black currants. Good tannins exist right now, but they aren't too much right now
overall: This should really round into form in another 5 or 7 years. Great depth on both the nose and palate with a lot of polish on both as well. This has all of the ability to be a stunning wine and is a great wine right now. With a few hours decant, this can be approached right now

Nicely aged yet still young and vibrant. Could last another 5-10 years.

Incredibly complex, sophisticated and still quite youthful. Intoxicating on the nose. Holds its value extremely well.

This bottle did not impress as well as when I had this over the last few years. Still a good choice but I think it's best time is quickly passing.
