A bright nose, with some citrus and strawberry hints. Palate has settled down some, with a less aggressive mousse and a firm structural backbone. Enjoyable now, but will benefit from more time.

Drinking great. Some high toned aromas. The taste is delicious! Very good champagne. More like a sparkling white wine even though this is a blanc de noirs. The fruit is pronounced and you don't have any yeastiness.

Ordered off the list at Harvest in Boston. Really in a great place now, with generous fruit, none of the young tensely coiled feeling that I remember. The wine is flowers and fruit and pastry dough for the first 30 minutes and later is saline and chalky, and is always absolutely fresh and pure, acidity perfectly in balance. Simple delicious wine, a pleasure.

Great champagne, very soft mousse, nice aromas, not too much acidity and super balance, Kind of tastes like good burgundy made as champagne if that makes any sense. keeps you wanting more. Good price.

What can be said that hasn't already been said...this farmer fizz is a bit opulent and perhaps a bit of flab, but it just so well made...so hedonistic...is this austere? NO. But I like it...Does it have great acidity? Actually yes.

Öppnar flaskan och känner blomdoften sprida sig i rummet, röda bär, mineraler följer, fin syra och läcker mousse, smak av anis, bra balans trots det unga vinet. Ger ordentligt mersmak.

Served in Burgundy (red) glasses. Still pretty tight. Needed to be open for ~1 hour and warm to just below room temp before this gave up much of its obvious underlying complexity. I don't believe that there is enough of a track record to know how this will age, but I'm going to let my remaining bottles rest for several years.

For the first hour it was really tough to drink. Tasted like a cava that was bottled yesterday. After the first hour, really opened up. Nice hazelnut and Challah bread on the nose. Really strong acidity, but it is such a young wine. Clearly a pinot with red raspberry, strawberry and red peach on palate. Touch of butterscotch on the finish. Started to fade after 2 hours.

Delicious again, but this time came across as perhaps a little loose. There is sweetness and richness and body, but perhaps limited backbone. A little more acidity might add some welcome freshness. But still delicious to somebody who often does not love Champagne.

Wow. I am rarely impressed by Champagne. I have a case of Krug 1995, which is the year I was married, and it is pretty tasty. But to be honest, I drink it for the memory, not for the taste. I find most champagne lacking in depth and fruit. This little Bouchard is the most delicious Champagne I ever remember drinking. Rich, fruity and deep. What I always hoped fine vintage champagne would be, but at 1/4 of the price.

In a wonderful spot. The palate just explodes with an energetic bead, precise fruit and zesty acids. Good precision, focus and taut cut throughout.

Drinking really well. Very refined, tight red fruits and very clean on the palate. A super elegant champagne.

Dyb, kompleks og vinøs. Ikke den mest aromatiske Val Vilaine jeg har drukket, men stadig lækker. Fine røde bær, anis, røg, blomster, mineralsk.
