Organic. Not at all oxidized. Very stinky nose. Opened an hour before dinner so decanted but it didn't sort itself out until the second half of the bottle. I really wish in these cases they'd write on the label that a decant is required. Anyway. The palate has a certain class and balance but it's still quite acidic especially on the finish. I was expecting this to be perhas over the hill but it actually needs time. I doubt it'll ever justify it's price tag (67 euros) but I'd be amazed if it didn't improve. If drinking now a 2-3 hour decant is required. 90-91.

Lamma Island - Boat Trip and Long Saturday Lunch (Rainbow Restaurant, Sok Kwu Wan, First St,, Lamma Island, Hong Kong): Light lemon sherbert boiled sweet colour. Nose is very flinty and lemon sherbert.....fresh and still very young. Palate is super-crisp, oyster shells, tons of other minerals with a fresh-squeezed lemon acidiaty in the background. Fresh and vibrant with lots of tension and unobtrusive oak. Very elegant and well made. Nice finish but little length, which was a pity. I wouldn't be in a hurry to drink this as I think it will improve. 91+

No decant. This wine has moved in a better direction since my Feb/2017 bottle. The yellow fruit perhaps a bit riper and the palate a touch broader. The oak has some integration to do still. Nice depth, a bit short finish. Improved with time in the glass/open bottle. I would rate it 91-92p now. My final bottle I will have sometime 2019 - 2021.

From memory. Yellow fruit holding up but with some evolution and depth. Nice minerality to it. Somewhat lacking concentration and lenght. That aside it is a good wine to be enjoyed now and the next handful years. 90-91p

I found this surprisingly approachable, with well integrated oak and a nice depth of flavor. Citrus, crushed rocks, a bit of saline. A touch flabby to be sure, but held up with the apps.

light to med yellow. Quite a display of toasty oak! A little white fruit and lemon on nose. On the palate the oak is prominent, and in the distance is the fruit. Very acidic and perhaps just under ripe. Maybe this will resolve in a few years.

Borgogna: a bicchiere fermo pietra focaia pura, come una pistola che ha appena sparato! girando escono gli agrumi. in bocca è una esplosione di limone e anche ananas. Media persistenza.
