The Oregon Wine Trail with Dave and Cathy; 5/9/2011-5/10/2011 (Dundee, Oregon): Good coating on the mouth as you'd expect with a dessert wine. Lots of orange and peach fruit flavors. Chris really liked this and I enjoyed it so we purchased. It's made in the "ice wine" style where they freeze the grapes after harvest in a commercial freezer to extract the water, hence, the name "minus 5".
