Deep golden color in the glass. Slightly oxidized "fluor" on the nose along with some nuttiness and a touch of minerality. No lemon or saline as one would usually expect with assyrtiko. Palate follows nose with medium acidity, medium body, and a mild, but astringent aftertaste. This bottle, while still drinkable, is clearly past its prime. Did not finish the bottle. Drink years ago.

Clean, clear, light bodied Apricots, some apple tart, kerosene Crisp, fresh green apple, perfect acidity, medium finish Dried fruit, grape leaves
This wine was the clear surprise of the night. Amazing QPR, and aged to perfection. MUCH better than the last time we consumed it. Completely blown away. Don't let the price fool you. (+1 pts for price)

PnP. Bright golden yellow. Yellow plum grapefruit rind and herbs on the nose. Light(+) weight with a bit of tannic grip. Plum grapefruit rind lanolin and anise on the palate. Lingering minerally finish. A big white to the point that you think it has some oak aging when in fact it does not (according to the importer's web site).

Aromas of oranges, lemons, and apricots. On the palate it's slightly chalky with citrus, flowers, and stone fruits. It needs a bit more acidity but has good character and reminds me a bit of some whites from southern France and Italy (picpoul, verdicchio). Good value.

Nice aromatics but lacking just a bit on the palate at this stage. A pleasant saline characteristic to the wine that gives it a savory style. Well done.

TN: Wines from Eastern Europe and Greece: My WOTN. Light gold in color. The nose is tight but has some slight orange peel notes. Mineral driven. Nice slippery texture. on the palate, this is fresh and clean. Has a crushed shell quality to it non unlike Muscadet. Nice finish. Very nice wine.

With Chrstmas eve apps. I like this better than the greek red but it still underwelms vs a French white in the $20 price range. This again would make more sense to me at $12. Waxy andin need of a bit more acidity but the fruit flavors are pretty nice showing some complexity of trop and citrus both. Just didn't leave wanting more at the $20 I paid for it. The mouthfeel more than anything left we wanting.

Dry white. Tight. Well balanced. Crisp. 89 or 90. Lasted 4 days in the euroCave and was still great.
