Bright fresh wine, nose has a rounded light honey sweet nose. Palette is bubbly & sugary but citrus and clean, great balance, dry finish. Good aperitif or palete cleanser!

Pale golden color. Expressive nose showing citrus fruit, mainly grapefruit and some mint. Light bodied, semi-effervescent. Bright, high acid grapefruit flavors on the palate. Fleshy texture with a hint of mineral on the mid palate. Clean and refreshing mouthfeel, this demands food. Medium length.

Wow. My first time with this varietal (a Spanish white with a German name and some missing vowels), and I am impressed. So refreshing, effervescent with a nice acidic zip. Green apple, grapefruit, chalk, and super tiny bubbles, plus a long finish. Good with food, or by itself (if you like acid-forward whites like I tend to like). Low alchohol (11%). What an intriguing summer white wine. Like SB, this one of the few whites I intend to stock up on so I always have it on hand. Now, if I could only pronounce the name.

Loads of acidity and fizz - a real acid drop of a mouth explosion - and fresh taste - plenty of citrus fruit to make the acid worthwhile - paied with pan fried salmon and hollandiase - perfect

Very distinctive, crisp to the point of being acidic, Granny Smith and lemon, salty finish, reasonable length. Very individual and an excellent specimen.

Lots of honey and lime. Past its prime effervescence, but pleasing enough with Cod and Orange Gremolata.

Consistent with previous bottles. Just a quick palate cleanser before the Judgment of Madison tasting.

Exelent flavor, high acid with bright citrus note. Outstanding with chicken and would be fine on its own.

Citrus, bone dry, lots of acid, and some fizz thrown in for fun. Great with salmon. Also nice as an aperitif I'll buy this again.

A classic Txakoli. High acidity, citrusy mid-palate. Biting, acidic finish. Pairs perfectly with vegetable paella.

Very fresh, citrusy, with an ample and pleasing spritz. Simple, chalky but off-dry, light and lovey. Low alcohol, a fun wine that is easy to like.
