Initially lots of burnt rubber on nose, but faded somewhat to reveal white flowers, honey, melon, petrol. On palate is a coordinated attack of prickly acid and hint of sweetness. Pear, white flowers and honey are the dominant flavors. The finish is nice, the fruit transitions to slightly tart. Neat trick. Total bargain under <$20.

pale gold color belies this wines richness. nose pure riesling fruit with mild botrytis. on the palate, the fruit is delicious and forward, perfectly framed with acid. despite the ripe fruit, the acid keeps this lighter on the palate. the finish goes on and on. i expect that this will show good longevity, but won't last around me.

Smelling of a beautiful fruit salad, this offers deep aromas of overripe apple, orange, crunchy fennel, lemon segments, and white grape all accented with notes of bread crust and a pure streak of minerality. Medium to full bodied, juicy and supremely well balanced on the palate with saturating flavors of lemon, lime and apple hinting at orange blossoms on the long, detailed finish. 91-93

Brief note. The RS is resolving and this is drinking pretty well. Will be better in 5-10 but pretty darn good now

Light, lean and nicely balanced with earthy flowers, honeyed apple, pear, light banana and lemon-apricot; lingering nice acidity; smooth and soft finish.

Balance of sweetness & acidity a little off - more acidity would be nice. Good fruit. Nice mid-weeker at 8%.
