[A consensus compiled from a # of sources]: Apparently 60% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, & 10% ea Counoise & Cinsault from low yielding vines ave 70 yrs of age planted in the estate’s 3 highest, N-facing vyds with a varied mix of limestone, quartz, & clay soils; Destemmed, concrete vat vinification; Malolactic & aging in foudres; Bottled unfined & unfiltered; 1,000 cases produced, 300 cases imported to the U.S.
