Decant 9 hours. Probably could have used less. Super soft tannins. Soft milk chocolate with very subtle cassis. Slightly short on finish Definitely drink now especially as this was cellar stored in Magnum.

46% Roussanne, 22% Chardonnay, 13% Petite Manseng, 11% Viognier, 8% Marsanne. From winemaker notes: "This bugger is very creamy, with an almost Panna Cotta like texture. But there is also good strong acidity so that this big mama remains fresh and lively and keeps the nervous system alert and interested. Definitely a big, palate coating, taste bud teasing potion... with great length"
