No fornal notes. Absolutely stunnig and the winner for the night. Amazed how good this was from a difficult vintage. When you open the bottle it fills the room. Its a lush full bodied wine. Fantastic.

Had this with the Old Bastard 2006 and Grant Burge Meshach 2005 which are two top level wines. The Tatiarra was by far my favorite of all three. The others, granted were larger wines but they did not have the length and even palate that the Tatiarra COD had. Elegant, smooth and terrific long finish. I have to say this was the Shiraz I have enjoyed the most in my life. Better than the 06 and 07.

Earthy smell with some dark fruits on the nose. Dark fruits with a hint of chocolate, long finish and drinking very well. A joy to drink
