This is 96+ for me! Lovely wine! Decanted 2 hrs in the bottle and 30m in the decanter. Another 30-60m in a decanter wouldn't hurt. Served it at room temperature, but perhaps 15m in the fridge would do it well.

Sweet and spicy. Still, lots of tannins and it got the potential to be aged more (I'm so happy I have another case of it!).
Paired it with steak, calf steak, and burger - it did compliment all of them perfectly, however, I enjoyed it best by itself!

Nicely balanced wine. Honey on the nose.
Honey on tha plate. Finely balanced with some green apple and citrus.
Just a little to sweet, but still great eiswein!

Agree with last few post. It´s about to fade.
Out of the bottle it didn´t smell nothing and was completely tasteless. Slightly acidic water.
After about 15 minutes in the glass it smelled burned rubber. Still no taste.

2 hours in decanter started to get alive. Opened up on the nose and started to get some taste. A lot of tannins for such and "old wine".
I poured it back to the bottle in covered with cork. Gave it another 2 hours.
    It kept improving.
Smooth and earthy/woody chocolate and leather on the nose.
Good acidity, smooth tannins. Just slight of spices towards finish.

Paired it with biff/chanterelles/leek in creamy sauce. Worked really well together!

Lovely wine. Probably was even better few years ago, but I really enjoyed following its resumption back to life and I did enjoy the wine it self a lot!
