I had the village 2015 Chambolle-Musigny from Roblot-Marchand a few weeks ago and was not very impressed. Therefore I was going into this one with limited expectations and true enough, I was underwhelmed by the 2015 1er Cru Les Fuées as well.
Upon opening ok nose but no power. Very accessible for it's young age, smooth, almost an Easy Drinker but no real character here. Like the village version, not Chambolle enough for me and even though Les Fuées usually tends to lean more towards Bonnes Mares, I can distinguish that even less.
If this would be just a village wine and for half the price I'd say, hey great pick for a week-day wine. True enough, it's rather affordable for any 1er Cru from the Côte-de-Nuits but I guess you somehow still get what you pay for... in this case at least... too bad...
Long story short: A good bottle of wine, but nothing special at all.

Young purple color, ok nose, at first a little tannic for my taste, some leather, black cherries, plastic, microwave tapas...
Surprised at the amount of sediments too...
I may just be spoiled... and yes, I consider the price, but in all honesty, if you only can, or just want to, spend that type of money, do yourself a favor and spend it in Chile, Argentina, Australia, South Africa, what have you, not in the Old World...
Trying to find something positive here. Don't get me wrong, not a "bad" wine... but still... that taste of microwave tapas...
