Drank with ratatouille, Italian sausage, cauliflower rice, and corn. Very light color, slightly green/yellow. Very clear and bright. Medium alcohol. Medium+/High- Acid. Medium viscosity. Scent of green apple, pear. Taste of green apple, pear, lime. Medium+ length of flavor. A very enjoyable wine. Would drink this over and over again.
