  • Pale yellow, straw. Clear rims. Pear and melon on the nose. Low+/Medium- Acid. Semi-sweet. Low Alcohol (bottle says 8%). Long flavor length. Apple on the flavor. Pear. Slight hint of peach. Drank on St. Patrick's Day with Corned Beet, braised cabbage, roasted potatoes, and peas. Excellent wine for sitting on a warm day.

  • Pale yellow with a clear edge. Initial scents include melon, pear, sour apple. Low- alcohol (8%), light bodied. Very refreshing taste. Medium-/Low+ acid. Drinking with rosemary pork, sauerkraut, garlic potatoes, and broccoli. Also cooking the pork in the wine. I fear the sauerkraut will overpower the wine. Would easily recommend enjoying this wine for afternoon in the spring/summer time alone.
