Double decanted and left open for 5+ hours consumed from hours 6-7. Tasted this monster at hour 4 and the wine still felt tight with the tannins but the fruit started to open up. At hour 6 has completed about half the bottle. When we finished the bottle around hour 7, the wine still felt like there was more to open up. I have 3 more bottles in my cellar and this feels like it could lay down for at least the next 5-10 Years. I would give this lots of time to open up next time I crack a bottle.
