Wonderful Spanish Tempranillo, likely best I've had. Full of chocolate, berries, concentrated lasting nose and finish. 06' is better value at $10 but this one takes wine tasting to the next level. Would buy again

About as good as it gets for a full bodied Spainish red. I've tried a lot very good Spainish reds the past year and this is at the top. Wonderful nose and beautiful character of raisins, chocolate and berries which smoothes out nicely after about an hour in a decanter. Very good structure but not too much tannin made it very drinkable. I don't usually spend this much ($40+ ) for a wine but this one was surely worth it. No flaws that I could recognize. Had it with a marinated salmon that went well with it.

Clean and fragnant nose, could not detect any flaws. Color was deep purple, very nice. Taste was smooth after opening for an hour, had some depth but only moderate, some berries but not overwhelming...would expect a little more for a cabernet franc grape but ok. Nice tasting everyday wine with or without food. Finish was ok. Would try again for cost/value.
