On the mouth – well structured, with settled down tannins and medium-low acidity. It is a big wine, but one surprisingly discreet and refined in its grandeur. Mushrooms, blackberries, then spices, meat, and dried sour cherries.

On the mouth - smooth, but pronounced tannins. Medium acidity. This wine is almost like walking into a high class pâtisserie. It speaks to you of sweetness. Ripe plums, dried fruit, caramel, and cherry tart. Some notes of smoked meat and leather.
