The wine blend is 44% Viognier, 27% Sauvignon Blanc, 22% Semillon, 5% Muscat, and 2% Chardonnay. No Riesling! The flavours are said to be lemon curd, white peace and fresh herbs. My wife and I had this wine accompanying a dinner of haddock, potato wedges and corn. The wine went well with this meal.

This Atticus wine from Margaret River was made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is a deep ruby with a complex bouquet and it is mellow with black fruit favours. It is a real treat with a striploin steak.
