Still tight closed at opening. Started showing granache, berry fruity attack with a balanced finish of spicy, earthy tannins. Well proportioned wine that opened and improved over a 2 hour dinner. Drinking well but still full of life for another 3-5 years.

Acquired in 2016. Cellared until now. Not decanted. Opened bold and intense with an almost smoky finish. Ripe, concentrated fruit but showing excellent balance and not at all overwhelming. Good firm tannins still very much intact. Evolved over the course of a 1-2 hour dinner and became more complex with violet and cedary finish. The wine seems to be at its peak. I will drink my second (final) bottle as soon as I get an opportunity.

Medium-bodied wine with excellent balance and complexity. Very concentrated nose opening as fig, cassis and spice. Initially still cellar-cold, but developed secondary aromas of mint and herbs. Drinking well now with fruit, acidity and tannins in synch. I would drink the rest of my stash sooner rather than later.
