Color/App: pale, faded yellow: light viscosity. Pleasant enough nose of lemon, lime, some grassiness and a hint of petrol. Light minerally palate that shows good acidity. This wine always reminds me of a light, low(er)-acid Sancerre. More of a Summer wine than most of the rest of Tablas' lineup. Refreshing and for drinking sooner vs. later.

Have to give these folks credit for expanding our horizons with these great varietals... and this is a really nice central coast Vermentino!

Respectable take on the Italian variety. Floral, wax and high toned citrus notes. Has good backbone and finish.
