  Drank over 3 days. Better than the last bottle I had just a few months ago. Tropical with some lemon notes. Clean and light. Let this warm a bit before diving in.

  Consistent tastes of apple & minerals. Just a little bit of citrus in this bottle. Less crispness, more fruitiness. Creamy on the tongue.

  Light nose when cold but opened up to vanilla and clove when warm, creamy on the palette with citrus, vanilla and almond with some light minerality. Medium mouthfeel and finish.
