Tasted shortly out of bottle. Fruit has held up well. Synthesized. Not a lot of depth or complexity. Short finish. A little syrupy for a wine of this age. Will give it some time today.

This has aged beautifully. I would guess that it is at or just past its peak, so drink up if you're fortunate enough to have any. The beautiful Howell Mountain fruit is present but is definitely secondary at this point, and the wine has become quite Bordeaux-like. This was excellent with a T-bone steak.

Undrinkable on the first night, was salvageable on the second night. Ok, must decant. Disappointed.
